ii. Click the Manage Account as indicated below.
iii. You will be presented with the following interface.
iv. To change password for Moodle, navigate to the ‘Change Moodle Password’ box.
Proceed to enter your Current HRMIS Password.
Enter Your New Moodle Password
Then enter the New Moodle password again in the Confirm new Moodle password box.
Once completed click the “Set My MOODLE Password”.
Be sure to follow and enforce the password security best practices to prevent malicious users from gaining access to your accounts.
OR
You can set your password for Moodle using the 'Set up / Forgot your Password' as depicted below.
After you click the “Set up / Forgot your Password” you will be asked to enter your email address that was entered in HRMIS (usually UOG email account, if you do not have one then your personal email account listed in HRMIS is used) into the “Search by email address” box to locate your account in the database. If a match is found, an email will be sent with the instructions on how to reset the password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
If you face any difficulties, please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk.sseta@uog.edu.gy with your Employee ID and a brief description of the issue with screenshots, if possible.
Thank you.
