Why is Turnitin Not Working?

Turnitin is a plagiarism plugin that is used with Moodle to allow for plagiarism check on some assessment types. More specifically, assignments.

If you find that your assignment is not being checked by Turnitin kindly ensure that within the Settings of the assignment that Turnitin is enabled. See the image below:

The box for Enable Turnitin should be set to Yes.

Please ensure that this is set prior to submissions of the assignment. The submissions made before this setting is enabled are not guaranteed to be sent to Turnitin for the plagiarism check.
