Electronic Document Folder (Applicant Documents View)

The 'Applicant Documents' view is designed to collect all documents associated with a single applicant in one easy-to-access location, streamlining the review process for staff. This view can be reached from any application by tapping on the document icon located in the top-right corner. For further guidance, please follow the detailed steps provided below, each complemented by a screenshot.

Step 1: View an application.

A user can view an application in different ways; one way is to search for an application where you will be presented with a view shown in Figure 1.1. Once an application is selected, in the application preview, as you scroll downwards, you'll find a section dedicated to documents. Please note, these documents pertain solely to the specific application you're viewing.

Step 2: To see all applicant documents, click on the documents icon to open the ‘Applicant Documents’ view (shown in Figure 2.1).

In the 'Applicant Documents' view, staff members have the ability to view all documents associated with any application submitted by a specific applicant. In addition, this view provides enough information to identify the applicant, as displayed in Figure 2.2.

The documents table displays pertinent details, such as the application the document is connected to, complete with academic year and campus, as well as the timestamp of when the document was uploaded (refer to Figure 2.3).

Staff members can open a document by clicking on the filename (see Figure 2.4), and download it by selecting the download icon (see Figure 2.5).

By clicking the 'Back to Application' link (illustrated in Figure 2.6), users will be navigated back to the 'Application Preview'.
