This report allows you to trace (forward) the progress and exit of new entrants to a programme and trace backwards graduates to show the year of admission.

Get Applicant Graduation Rate - This provides a listing of students and their current status Programme Application status. This is filtered by Academic year and can be further filtered by Faculty, Department and Programme.

Get Reverse Graduation Rate Stats - This provides a year-by-year update on Programme Graduation status for each student. This is filtered by Academic year and can be further filtered by Faculty, Department and Programme.

Get Applicants Retention Summary by Programme - This provides a summary of Application status by Programme. This is filtered by Academic year and can be further filtered by Faculty, Department and Programme.

Get Graduation Retention Summary by Programme - This provides a summary of Graduation of students for the selected graduation year and the year the students were admitted. This is filtered by Academic year and can be further filtered by Faculty, Department and Programme.
